Souls of Nature is Metazooie's first immersive experience, going back to our origins in the spirit world. After being re-born as young cub, there is a vast journey ahead that will mold and define the evolution of your animal spirit. Quests, dangers and challenging tasks will each unlock a fraction of your soul.
Objectives
This first Metazooie experience: Souls of Nature has 3 main objectives:
Be an experience open for everybody no matter their knowledge of web3 experiences. We aim to bring closer metaverse experiences for both newcomers and experienced users.
Show the technological capabilities that can be exploited for both entertainment and learning purposes. These experiences can easily sensitize players about the enormous potential of using metaverse for the benefit of communities. An High-Definition one, of course.
Remind society that we come from nature and we need to be conscious of the impact we are having destroying ecosystems everyday. Since the pandemic, protecting the environment has been a secondary matter, while it should be in humanity's top priorities. That is why all funds from Souls of Nature will give back 5% to certified institutions dedicated to protecting endangered natural ecosystems.
NFT Collection - Summer 2022 MINT
Our genesis NFT collection is composed by 9,271 young Animal Souls. They are new to the world and have not yet faced the harsh difficulties that the nature world is experiencing. All these souls are new and in its purest form.
Every Animal Soul NFT is unique and has both visual and non-visual features. These features will determine the rarity of your Animal Soul.
Every animal soul re-borns into a baby animal avatar for holders to use for the whole Souls of Nature experience. This NFT will grant access to special events, airdrops, and other benefits as the project evolves.
Features
Alpha Generation
The first release of Souls of Nature is called the Alpha Generation. This generation is composed by 900 Animal Souls of eight species and 271 of one additional species. Alpha Generation souls are the first ones to populate Metazooie and come in its purest form. They will have unique characteristics and utility in the different phases of the metaexperience.
Rarity
There 5 different rarity tiers for every species. The rarity of each Animal Soul is randomized and shown after the reveal event to take place 10 days after minting day. Rarity, along with every other feature of your Animal Soul, will be disclosed on reveal day.

General Overview
Young souls come in its purest form; they have not yet been touched by good nor evil. You are entering the world in this form, as nature started and has evolved over time.
A young Animal Soul arrives to a new environment, looking for guidance. New to the island, you will have to understand and evolve with it, helping restore the beauty of its natural essence one quest at a time.
Your role as a newcomer will unveil as the game progresses, but your destiny is well-written already. In a world where faith has faded and there are few left willing to change for the better, it is your job to guide those who want to restore nature and bring back its unique glow.
THE SHADOW SOULS
Animal Souls used to live in continuous balance, helping each other protect and grow the different environments of their communities. Disastrous times have come with natural disasters happen all around the world and destroying all kind of ecosystems. The constant destruction has led to some losing faith on recovering our world, as we remember it to be. This group have turned to pessimism and are known as the shadow souls. Full of hate and stressed by nostalgia of a forgotten natural harmony, they destroy their surroundings and challenge those trying to recover the beauty of our natural world.
